Welcome fellow wanderers! I’m Jose, a 31-year-old Dutchie. When I was 27, I experienced a total physical and mental breakdown, called a burnout. A year later, I got the diagnose ADD. I always knew I was different (but hey, who’s not?). The diagnose was a relief. I took it very seriously. After a year of ADD-therapie and a couple of years of 'life-therapie', I would like to share my wandering experience.
I write about how I'm living a natural, happy & healthy life with ADD. I wander, run, travel, meet the most awesome people. I do yoga & meditation. I’m a desperate wannabe musician, wannabe entrepreneur, wannabe digital nomad. I know, it’s a lot of ‘wannabe’s’. That’s just me.. I wannabe a lot. And I will be a lot, someday… ;)
I hope I can inspire all wanderers, with or without ADD, to make the most out of their life. And the other way around.. It would be absolutely 'cool banana's' if you share your story too.  :)
